MEDEA, ROKUBUN's multi-frequency GNSS receiver, shows high accuracy in its first test
See the first results from MEDEA, Rokubun's affordable multi-frequency GNSS computer based on u-blox ZED-F9P chipset.
MEDEA features an application processor besides the GNSS chipsets that allows to run your own GNSS data processing software.
For this demonstration, we've installed Rokubun's real-time navigation filter, which is based on undifferenced and uncombined (i.e. zero-difference) processing of the GNSS raw measurements: Undifferenced and Uncombined Processing Engine (UUPE).
In the video below, we are showing a real run test. The red trajectory is native u-blox ZED-F9P results (extracted from u-blox processing engine), and blue is Rokubun's UUPE navigation filter. Rokubun Navigation Engine shows a very accurate track, similar to the one performed by a commercial product.
